Peanut Price Highlights

Peanut prices received by farmers for all farmer stock peanuts averaged 24.7 cents per pound for the week ending June 13. The price per pound was unchanged from the previous week. Marketings of all farmer stock peanuts for the week ending June 13 totaled 72.6 million pounds, down 3.63 million pounds from the previous week.

The average price of Runner type peanuts was 23.7 cents per pound for the week ending June 13, down 0.4 cent from the previous week. Marketings of Runner type peanuts were 60.4 million p ounds, down 5.67 million pounds from the previous week.
